Ra yellow homework (2/19/13)

This weeks homework will be to build a Madolche or Harpie deck. You also have to test it against 2 different people from your dorm or higher. You Must also learn the new wind set that just came out on DN. You can go on youtube and use other sources to learn them.
Rules:
1. Due by 3/6/13
2. NOT every card has to be in that archtype. Example: Tour guide, Tragodia, BLS, etc.
3. No Net-decking or using a deck not made by you.
4. This is not a "Have to do" assignment. I would prefer you to do it but if you don't have time just PM me and it will be fine.
